| He was appointed to Ukone no shosho (Minor Captain of the Right Division of Inner Palace Guards) in 1155, to Jushiinoge (Junior Fourth Rank, Lower Grade) Sakone no shosho (Minor Captain of the Left Division of Inner Palace Guards) in the following year, and successively promoted to Jushiinojo (Junior Fourth Rank, Upper Grade). |
