At the end of the fight, Hisayoshi, disguised as a pilgrim, comes to the stage and reads Goemon's poem, "Dear Ishikawa, even if all of the sands on the beach are gone--", Goemon interrupts, "whoa, what?", Hisayoshi continues, "--the seeds of thieves wouldn't run out from the world" ('Ishikawa' refers to Goemon and to shingle). |
そこに巡礼姿の久吉が現れ、五右衛門の句を詠み上げる: 久吉「石川や浜の真砂は尽きるとも」、五右衛門「や、何と」、久吉「世に盗人の種は尽きまじ」。 |
