After being a teacher at Wakayama Prefectural Agriculture School (present Wakayama Prefectural Nanbu High School) and at Kobe City Shinko Commercial High School (present Kobe municipal SHINKO senior high school), he became Negi (Shinto priest) of Nikko Toshogu Shrine in 1923. |
