After leaving Yamazaki around 1523, Sokan had lived in another hermitage 'Ichiya-an' within the precincts of Kosho-ji Temple in Sanuki Province (currently Kannonji City, Kagawa Prefecture) since 1528, where he ended his life. 大永3年(1523年)ごろ山崎の地を去り、享禄元年(1528年)に讃岐国(香川県観音寺市)の興昌寺に庵「一夜庵」を結びそこで生涯を終えた。 |
