This license was established in 1869 when the Imperial Court summoned the former gijo (official post) Mochiaki HACHISUKA and some other members of the government to appear in Jako no ma of Kyoto Imperial Palace every other day as the advisers of the emperor. 1869年(明治2年)、前議定の蜂須賀茂韶らを天皇の相談役として京都御所内の部屋の一つ、麝香之間に隔日出仕させたのが始まり。 |
