| Though he served as Daijosai Kengyo in accession (to the throne) of the Emperor Tsuchimikado in 1198 and was appointed to Naidaijin in 1205, he resigned on April 29, 1206 and entered the priesthood on January 4, 1207. |
建久9年（1198年）土御門天皇践祚の大嘗祭検校をつとめ、元久2年（1205年）には内大臣に任じられるも、翌建永元年（1206年）3月13日に辞職、11月27日に出家した。 |
