なお、荘園内における地頭と領家の紛争において、和与の条件として下地中分に代表される下地（土地）・上分（得分・収益）の中分が行われる場合（折半もしくは12の分割）を特に和与中分（わよちゅうぶん）と呼ぶ。 |
