| It was recorded that after the Honnoji Incident through the Conquest of Shikoku, Akimoto kept contacts with the Chosokabe clan in Awa Province, to whom the Hosokawa clan had close ties, and put up a resistance against Hideyoshi TOYOTOMI but that in due course, Akimoto yield to Hideyoshi. |
本能寺の変の後から四国征伐までの間にかけて、阿波国において細川氏と関係が深い長宗我部氏と連絡を取りあい豊臣秀吉に抵抗した記録が残されているが、やがて秀吉に属した。 |
